Parking and receiving a call using Voice Pilot Office

If you would like to transfer a call to a phone that is not occupied, the best way to do so is to park it. This is not a feature that is enabled by default so make sure an E Street technician has turned that on. Once that is turned on, follow the below instructions:

  1. When on the phone with a call that you would like to park, choose the transfer option and do not put the call on hold.
  2. Transfer the call to 31 and an automated voice (in an english accent) will say “Three One.” Three refers to the call being parked and one refers to the room in which you put the call in. Up to three calls can be parked at the same time (using rooms 1 through 3).
  3. Choose the transfer option again and go to the phone you wish to pick up this call on. Parked calls with have 40 seconds to be picked up.
  4. On the phone that you wish to pick the call up on, input 31 on the keypad and choose the dial option. This will pick up the parked call.
