To change or retrieve the password for the E Street Spam and Virus Firewall (Barracuda) follow these steps:
1 – In a web browser, go to http://barracuda1.estreet.com
2 – In the Username field, enter your full e-mail address, then click the ‘Create new password‘ button.
3 – The password will be emailed to you within a few seconds. Check your email to retrieve your Barracuda password.
4 – Once you have the password, go back to http://barracuda1.estreet.com and enter your e-mail address and the password that was sent to you, then click the ‘Sign in‘ button.
5 – If you would like to change your Barracuda quarantine password you can do so by logging in and clicking on the ‘Preferences‘ tab at the top of the page.
6 – Now click on the ‘Passwords‘ tab.
7 – Enter the old password. This is the password that you were just given to log in, then enter and confirm your new password.
Once you click the ‘Save Password‘ button your new password is now in effect so be sure to use that when you log in again.
