Barracuda spam quarantine not displaying properly in Internet Explorer 9 or the latest Firefox

If you’ve recently upgraded your browser to Internet Explorer version 9 (IE9.x) and/or the latest version of Firefox (FF9.x) you may have trouble viewing the list of emails or certain page elements in your Barracuda spam quarantine. For instance in Firefox you may see the following:

There is currently no fix for the Firefox display issues and you will need to use an alternate browser such as Google Chrome http://www.google.com/chrome/ or Apple’s Safari, however for the issue with Internet Explorer 9 you can easily resolve the problem by enabling “Compatibility View” in your IE9 browser.

Internet Explorer’s Compatibility View can be enabled under the “Tools” menu (press the ‘alt’ key on your keyboard to view the Tools menu):

You can also enable Compatibility View by clicking the small Compatibility View icon in the address bar:
