How do I work with ISO’s for installing applications on my windows VPS?

An ISO image (International Organization for Standardization) is a type of file (also known as a disc image) that is an “image” of an optical disc.

ISO image files can be created from physical media (CD or DVD optical discs) to facilite remote installations etc when physical access (such as when working with a VPS) is not available. VPS users can upload ISO’s to their VPS to install any application they have a disk for by first creating an ISO file, uploading the ISO file to the VPS, then mount the ISO file from the Desktop.

Mac OS and Windows 8/10 and Server 2012 natively enables mounting of ISOs:
