How to update your password in your mail program settings

PLEASE NOTE: To change your email password you must first log into your mail server control panel using your email address and your existing email password and update the password on the server.

The server control panel will be something similar to this:

https://clients5.estreet.com:8443

The “clients5” part may be different. It may be clients15, clients16, etc.

Once the password has been changed on the server you can follow the instructions below to update the password in your mail program settings. Please use the following URL to find your mail server control panel URL:

http://tools.estreet.com/emailSupport/emailinfolookup.lasso

Follow these instructions to update your password in your mail program settings:

For Outlook 2010:
1) Click on the “File” menu and select “Account Settings”
2) Select your e-mail account, then click “Change”
3) Enter your new password in the password field
4) Click “Next” and then “Finish” to save your changes.

For Outlook 2007:
1) Click on the “Tools” menu and select “Account Settings”
2) Select your e-mail account, then click “Change”
3) Enter your new password in the password field
4) Click “Next” and then “Finish” to save your changes.

For Outlook 2002 and 2003:
1) Click on the “Tools” menu and select “Email Accounts”
2) Select “View or change existing e-mail accounts” then click “Next”
3) Select your e-mail account, then click “Change”
4) Enter your new password in the password field
5) Click “Next” and then “Finish” to save your changes.

For Outlook Express, Outlook 1998, Outlook 2000, and Vista/Windows Mail:
1) Click on the “Tools” menu and select “Accounts”
2) Click on the Mail tab
3) Highlight your mail account and click “Properties”
4) Enter your new password in the Password field
5) Click “Apply” and then “OK” and save your changes.

On Mail for Mac OS X (Versions 3.x – 6.x)
1) Go to the Mail menu and choose Preferences.
2) Click on the “Accounts” icon and then highlight your e-mail account
3) Enter your new password in the Password field in then close the Accounts window to save your changes.

For Outlook for Mac:
1) Click on the “Tools” menu and select “Accounts”
2) Highlight your mail account and then enter your new password in the Password field and click OK to save your changes.

On Mail for Mac OS X (Version 2.x)
1) Go to the Mail menu and choose Preferences.
2) Click on the “Accounts” icon and then highlight your e-mail account
3) Enter your new password in the Password field and then close the window to save your changes.

On Mac Outlook Express & Entourage:
1) Click on the “Tools” menu and select “Accounts”
2) Highlight your mail account and click “Edit”
3) Enter your new password in the Password field and click OK to save your changes.

iPhone/iPad:
1) Click/tap on “Settings” and select “Mail, Contacts, Calendars”
2) Click on your mail account
3) Enter your new password in the Password field
4) Click “Done” to save your changes.
